Job Description:

Snelling has an immediate opening for a Receptionist and Administrative Assistant in Arlington Heights The Receptionist and Administrative Assistant will also be doing data entry on invoices and Accounts Payable spreadsheets into Excel.

 

Job Responsibilities will include:

  • Answering Phones -Light duty
  • Filing and Maintaining Paperwork
  • Client Relations/Customer Service
  • Administrative Duties
  • Maintaining Office Supplies
  • Data Entry
  • Invoice Entry and updating Accounts Payable Invoices and sales spreadsheets

 

  • Requirements:
  • Friendly/Outgoing Personality
  • Excellent Oral and Written Communication
  • Microsoft Office and PC Proficient
  • Work Well with Others
  • Ability to Multitask
  • Minimum High School Diploma
