JOB DESCRIPTION

Snelling is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative in Mount Prospect, IL. The Customer Service Representative will interact with customers to take orders, update information in the system, and handle customer inquiries. The ideal candidate will maintain a professional image through proper telephone etiquette and uphold a can-do attitude at all times.

Customer Service Representative Shift: Monday – Friday, 7am to 3:30pm or 8:30am to 5:00pm or 10:30am to 7:00pm

Customer Service Representative Pay: $12.00 / hour

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and calls from customers
  • Provide excellent customer service to all callers and maintain adequate call times
  • Input documentation on all calls and follow-up with callers as needed
  • Accurate data entry
  • Able to handle a large incoming call volume and wrap up calls within 4 minutes each
  • Resolve customer support related issues and provide callers with proper solutions to their concerns

Customer Service Representative Requirements:

  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Basic computer knowledge-Can use email and can copy and paste in Excel
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously
